Anne Summers is one of Australia’s leading feminists, and has been for four decades. In that time she’s been an award-winning journalist, she’s worked for government, she’s edited magazines at home and abroad – and she’s even led Greenpeace.

Anne’s new memoir tells the story of her remarkable life: restlessly moving from job to job, writing for a newspaper here and advising a prime minister there, engaging in feminist debates, and writing books that have shaped the intellectual landscape.

Anne will be in conversation with Dr Lucy Tatman, senior lecturer in Philosophy and Gender Studies at UTAS.

This is a free event.
