To celebrate the launch of beloved Tasmanian historian Alison Alexander’s latest book, The O’Connors of Connorville, we are heading north from Hobart to where the O’Connor story has its roots: Connorville Estate. Join us for an afternoon in the 19th century farm village (rarely open to the public) where eminent scholar and writer of Tasmanian history, Professor Henry Reynolds, will launch Alison’s book. It is a great Australian saga spanning 200 years and honouring the O’Connor’s contribution to Tasmania, from Land Commissioner Roderic to the current generation.
Cost: $70
Bus: $50, Fullers is running a bus from Hobart that
will depart from Cornelian Bay carpark at 10am. (Includes lunch).
