Mark Ringer has drawn from his experiences working with and observing culturally-rich companies in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. The Leap offers the reader punchy, immediately actionable philosophies and values to ignite their working culture, whether that be an independent small business, a large organisations or the civil service.

The Leap will be launched by Elvio Brianese and Peta Heffernan, co-directors of Liminal Studio: an international multi-disciplinary design practice integrating architecture with parallel disciplines.
