The CBCA Children’s Book Week is the annual celebration of books for young people and the joy of reading.
Established in 1919, Children’s Book Week is the longest-running national literacy initiative in the country. This year’s theme is ‘Read, Grow, Inspire‘, and we hope all the kids who come to Fullers come to know the joy of books, the growth of their worlds and inspiration in reading.
Come in your book-themed costume for a free hot chocolate from the Afterword Cafe! There will be afterschool visits from local children’s book authors to be announced soon.
These will be free events.
