Garlic Feast

This gorgeous coffee table book, by the brains behind the Koonya Garlic Festival, gives you the guff on all things garlic, whether roasted, fried, pickled, fermented, smoked, soy- infused, puréed, poached or confit.

What’s more, it features recipes from some of Tassie’s greats – hello Sally Wise and Paul Foreman et al! – and images of the state’s spectacular south-east.

Celebrity chef, Paul Foreman, and celebrity Celebrity John X will be launching the book, and there’ll also be cheese, wine, tastings, and some hearty chat about the alchemy of garlic.
