
Fullers
loves to help find books, order books, and make life easier for
people buying books. In order to do this and to run an
effective bookshop, we must ask our customers to help us by
understanding and abiding our customer service policies. Holds We
hold books for one (1) week. We hold any book in the shop,
excepting sale items. Lay-bys We
will Lay-by books for three (3) months. The deposit,
required upon placing the Lay-by, is 20% of the value of the
books. We ask for
reasonably regular payments. Any book in the shop can be
placed on Lay-by, except for sale items. If the Lay-by is
not finalised and the book not collected within three months, the
customer will forfeit any payments until this point. Special
Orders We
ask that when we place a Special Order, we receive a deposit from
the customer (of a value to the discretion of the sales
staff). After receiving the book, we will contact you by
letter, email or phone; so please ensure your contact details are
correct. We then hold the book for two (2) weeks; if you
cannot collect it in that time, please let us know. If books
are not collected within this time, the customer will forfeit the
deposit they placed. Returns We
will honour a return, and give a cash refund on the purchase, for
seven (7) days after the purchase. We will exchange a book
for thirty (30) days after the purchase. In either case,
proof of purchase in the form of a Fullers receipt is required. |
